Return Policy

You can return any item purchased from Umani Blouses within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are in a sellable condition, meaning they have not been worn, washed, or damaged. All original labels and packaging must be intact.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Conditions for Returns

  • The return must be insured and prepaid. Unpaid packages cannot be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except for defective goods. In this case, we will refund the postage costs.
  • Goods must be returned in the original packaging. Ensure all seals, price tags, and the original setup are still attached.


  • Items can be returned or exchanged under certain conditions. The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility and will match the cost of the original shipment.
  • For credits and refunds of goods, a bank account must be provided.
  • For defective goods or shipping errors, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please do not send the item back freight collect.

Processing Your Return

  • The processing of returns may be delayed by a few days due to logistical reasons. However, we strive to resend packages on the day of arrival or at the latest on the next working day.
  • Please note that insuring packages is often only worthwhile from a goods value of 50 euros. Check with your parcel service provider for their conditions.

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • In the event of an effective withdrawal, both parties must return the received benefits. Any claims for reimbursement will be transferred to your bank account.
  • Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days after sending your declaration of withdrawal.

There are also examples of inadequate packaging that we unfortunately cannot accept. If items are returned in a condition that requires additional processing, we are forced to charge a fee of 25 € for ironing and repackaging. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
